Create style guidelines for interactive e-learning courses.
Collaborate with instructional designers (IDs) and subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop design documents and storyboards for e-learning courses. This involves continuously meeting with the IDs and SMEs to ensure that the e-learning courses meet the functional and educational needs of the project stakeholders while adhering to style guidelines. This also involves helping the IDs to understand the multimedia development team’s capabilities and strengths while building courses that showcase a high level of interactivity and maintain the end user’s interest.
Manage teams of multimedia developers and designers in the creation of these e-learning courses by setting project schedules, facilitating project development meetings and overseeing the production of the courses while also developing content. This allows me to lead my teams by example, setting the bar for the quality of the courses.
Utilize a learning content management system, Outstart LCMS, to upload, index and publish the e-learning courses.
